Overview

Our company has launched the latest online multi-parameter (all-in-one) water quality sensor with integrated design, which is reliable and easy to use. A maximum of 6 digital sensors can be connected at the same time. Fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensor, four- electrode conductivity sensor, turbidity sensor, digital pH electrode, blue-green algae and chlorophyll sensor can be selected at the same time. RS485 output, equipped with automatic cleaning device, greatly reducing maintenance costs, each sensor is equipped with quick-plug waterproof connector. Compared with traditional shore-type meters, installation is more convenient and can more directly reflect the real data on the spot.

All calibration parameters are stored in the sensor, and each probe is equipped with a waterproof connector, which can be easily replaced.

Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it can effectively remove the dirt on the sensor surface, prevent the growth of microorganisms, and be more accurate and less maintenance.

Optional fluorescent dissolved oxygen, four-electrode conductivity, turbidity, digital pH, blue-green algae, and chlorophyll sensors are suitable for long-term online monitoring.

Integrated design, can connect 11 probes at the same time, measure 7 parameters.

Maintenance schedule and method

Maintenance schedule

DS2100 the all-in-one water quality sensor is equipped with a cleaning brush to extend maintenance intervals. However, due to the diversity of the environment, regular inspections, cleaning and calibration of the sensors are recommended.

Maintenance method

Sensor maintenance

Check: Check the sensor head for dirt and microorganisms, whether the casing and sensor surface are damaged, whether the cable is normal, whether the test data is normal, and whether the consumables are damaged.
Cleaning: Use tap water to clean the outer surface of the sensor. If debris remains, wipe it with a moist soft cloth. For some stubborn dirt, you can add some household washing solution to the tap water to clean it.
Calibration: Perform single or two-point calibration on the sensor. Select the appropriate standard solution according to the corresponding sensor.

Precautions

The probe contains sensitive optical and electronic components. Make sure that the probe is not subject to severe mechanical impact. There are no parts in the probe that require user maintenance.
